Simone Bersanini

Simone Bersanini

Born on August 12, 1976, he has been a member of the Brescia Province College of Surveyors since 2003.

From a young age, he learned the art of construction by helping his father and grandfather in the family construction business. During his studies, he worked alongside forestry agronomist Dr. Lombardi, which allowed him to explore the connection between nature and design, particularly in the areas of green space recovery, eco-friendly construction, and residential buildings in high-value natural settings. His approach has always focused on finding solutions that harmonize buildings with the surrounding landscape.

Since 2003, he has been certified to work as a Safety Coordinator, as required by Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, for roadwork, residential, and commercial projects.

His passion for nature and eco-building led him to specialize in landscape and environmental studies, energy saving, and to collaborate with companies specializing in the design and construction of bio-lakes and natural filtration bio-pools.

Marzia Castelli

Architect Marzia Castelli graduated with honors in Architecture from the Polytechnic University in 2001 and has been registered with the Provincial Architects’ Register of Brescia since 2002.

Over the years, she has been involved in the design and project management of various projects in Brescia and along Lake Garda. She also collaborated for several years with the architectural firm Arch. Barba, Arch. Salvadori, and Geom. Usardi in Gardone Riviera (Brescia), focusing on the design of major interventions along Lake Garda.

In 2004, she participated in the contemporary exhibition “Women of Our Time” at Palazzo della Loggia in the Vanvitelliano Hall.

For Marzia, architecture is not an act of asserting one’s individualism or pursuing purely aesthetic forms, but rather an authentic collaborative process with the client. For her, the true value of a project lies in the ability to listen to and understand the client’s needs and translate them into design solutions that are both functional and harmonious. Her vision of architecture is grounded in the awareness that the architect must offer not only creativity but also experience and professionalism, with the aim of creating spaces that meet specific needs while also inspiring and enriching those who inhabit them.
